Lock No16E on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, in the background is the old Titanic Mill it was constructed, as a working woollen mill in 1911, in 2004 construction work started on the Grade II listed Mill to convert the building into 130 residential apartments with a large day spa using sustainable energy measures, the 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are much sort after and cost a pretty penny now.
I love old factories and buildings repurposed as apartments! They usually have such cool industrial features on the interior.

@louannwarren Thank you for your great comment Lou Ann you are right there are lots of ornate features in these types of conversions hence the relatively high price to purchase an apartment:)
