Deserted Restaurant by pcoulson

Deserted Restaurant

La Gaviota restaurant and family sports bar now deserted following the global recession of 2007, shot taken two hours before we had to leave for the airport to fly home.
Too bad that wonderful waterfront space is in disarray.

@pcoulson don’t you remember when a building was just remodeled, not deserted. No one scurried to build “new”, they were happy with the “old”?

@louannwarren Your right Lou Ann, in the UK its very difficuit to get planning permision to pull a building down its more a case of remodelling, Spainish building regulations are much less stringent the structure is unsound and will require a lot of work to make this one safe more likely they pull them down:)
