5km Parkruns are back on again in England, the first one held was last week since 14th March 2020, my daughter and I before the start and me on the last lap.
@365projectorgheatherb Thank you so much for your lovely comment Heather, Parkruns are run over 5km on every Saturday morning all over the world, you can run, jog or walk its free to all and everone gets a thier finishing time posted on line:)
@onewing Thank you Babs I've been out most weeks through COVID period when we could, walking/running alone or just the two of us at a social distance to try and stay fit both mentally and healthily:)
@quietpurplehaze Many thanks for both your great comment and Fav. Hazel, everyone was so pleased to be back at the parkrun, it was so nice to see smiling faces, there were some restictions to follow but hopefully everyone stayed safe:)
