Lincoln Cathedral by pcoulson

Lincoln Cathedral

View from the roof of the east tower, I climbed up 239 stone spiral steps, approx 280 feet from the ground floor, view looking west you can see the two west towers and the castle walls, both built in approx 1092 AD. making them 922 years old.
Oh wow, what fantastic perspective! What a lot of stairs!
