Bryce Canyon isn't really a “canyon” at all – instead, it's a series of natural amphitheaters that have been carved out of the Paunsaugunt Plateau by Mother Nature. This early morning the fog was just lifting from the Hoodoos.

One of my favorite parks...our sone did his park ranger duty there a few years ago. I was amazed at the diversity of wildlife and the dangers of lighting strikes at the park!
