On our last 2 days in Iceland, we decided to drive up to the Snæfellsnes peninsula. This rugged coastline provided some amazing photo opportunities. Arnarstapi is a small village on the southern side of the peninsula, once a fishing hub with natural harbour. Ancient Icelandic folklore that tells of a half-human, half-ogre who once lived on the Snæfellsnes peninsula. Since his death, he has been considered the area's guardian spirit. This place was wild in more ways than one ;)
