Brush with colour

Another for the current macro and technique challenges, and also for the August nifty-fifty celebration.

This is entirely NOT the image I had in mind, but by this time I had spent 90 minutes on it and I thought - enough is enough!

Nice focus just on the very tip of the brush

Sometimes photos are just so hard to get and you do start to wonder what you're doing. This has really worked though - the focus on the end makes it a great macro.

you achived this really well peter, it is hard when you carnt get it as you want, I like the colours and texture on the brush, well captured.

@bh365project Barrie, I think you've hit the nail on the head. If I had had a clearer idea I wouldn't have spent 90 mins getting this far!!!

I feel your pain! My deletes bin on the computer is full of over exposed white images and pink poodles😂. Super focus on the very tip.of the brush though Peter!
