Market day

It's Saturday, so market day returns.

I've been trying to perfect this low-key technique and think this is about as good as I'm going to get it without investment in new kit!

They look delicious. I bought some plums a couple of days ago and never thought to take a photo of them. Too late now though.

Plums, mmmmmmm! Make a cakebatter, quarter the plums put some sugar and cinnamon on them. Bake on 180 degrees celcius. Ready when, if you stick a fork in it, it comes out clean. At least 35 minutes...... lovely with some whipped cream.
