More food...

...with apologies for another food shot, but I am working my way (at the weekends when I am home) through some Palestinian inspired recipes from a Christmas gift cook book - Zaitoun, from Yasmin Khan. It really is quite special.

This is a chickpea, pomegranate and bulgur salad, served here with a nice carved rack of lamb.
