This can of tomato concentrate was a present from my (Greek) son-in-law, alongside a range of other imported Greek products. I was really attracted to the design of the can. Apparently this company have been selling tomato products in Greece since 1915.
For those interested, I used this in a simple aubergine, mozzarella and tomato bake.
Cool! One of my favourite things when abroad is exploring supermarkets (bizarre as I hate food shopping here!) because they have different and interesting things in.
