Market day test 2 - Courgetti

I hadn't come across this until a few months ago - you can make all manner of shapes and strips of different widths of courgette (zucchini) and other vegetables, which many now substitute for pasta. As always, looks better against black so just click on the photo and you'll get rid of all the clutter.

In the Extras Album as my real 2nd project starts on Monday (eeek!)

I've got one of these spiralizers, almost spiralized my thumb so it's not been out of the box any more! Original idea, worked out well Peter!
