Squirrel Appreciation Day

I noticed on my calendar of unusual holidays that January 21 is Squirrel Appreciation Day. Who knew...
FYI ~ tomorrow is National Blonde Brownie Day and Sunday is Pie Appreciation Day in case you want to celebrate. :)

LOL! This is a really cute squirrel! I love the long nails and the bit of snow on its nose. Excellent shot Peggy! I don't know where my squirrels have gone. I haven't see a one in weeks. They are always all over the neighborhood all three seasons but winter they disappear. I don't even see them on the trees....where do they go??? It is a mystery I must uncover!!!
