Harper and her friend, Katelynn, were sharing a few thoughts and some candy following ballet class. My daughter, Molly, actually took this shot and sent it in a text. I, having absolutely nothing to post for today, got her permission to use it because I think it's so cute and I really wanted it in my 365 diary of shots. My only contribution was a crop, an exposure tweak, and vignette framing.
It's been a hectic couple of days...getting my mom to doctors appointments and helping her pack and get things lined up for our big family reunion at the beach this weekend. I apologize for being so slack with comments. Hope to do something about that while I'm keeping an eye on the US Open tennis tourney later tonight.
Three good things:
1. Friends
2. Ballerinas
3. Candy
I'm smiling so wide !!! Love it !
Went to Lukes girlfriends dance Eistedfordt the other night ... and sighed at the glorious beauty of the young girls, their energy and fading innocence ..... and was , for the first time glad I wasn't raising a daughter :-)
Such a sweet shot!! Just adorable - sadly the only small child in our family who ever donned a pink ballet outfit was Adam - he didn't carry it off quite so elegantly,
So lovely Peggy & their little pink tutus & the pink tights...I do think Harper has such a sweet face, she looks like she is the one doing all the talking!!!
Gracious me! Is it possible that Harper has grown into a little ballerina already? How I loved those days with my own girls! Now I'm learning to embrace trucks and trains of every sort...
