Four miles of streets linking four urban neighborhoods were closed to car traffic for the fourth annual Open Streets event. Only pedestrian, bicycle, and other non-motorized transportation were permitted on Sunday afternoon. The purpose of the event is to get to know and interact with your neighbors.
This guy had an interesting ride. I'm not sure how he manages mounts and dismounts. :)
