Pre-Game Coaching by peggysirk

Pre-Game Coaching

The Ravens were getting some last minute coaching before taking the field.
*Grandson Will (R) and son-in-law Chad (C).
It was a close game on a very hot and humid September Saturday.
Three Good Things:
1. Cooler weather in the forecast next week along with the first day of autumn
2. A delicious lunch with the Ary family
3. Sharing a sunscreen umbrella on the sidelines with granddaughter Harper and catching up on things in her life
Such a cool shot Peggy…how your grandchildren have grown lately. Such team platers they are too. I haven’t seen as many photos of my two youngest in NZ lately. I tend to get a big load all at once. Lovely to have girly chats with Harper…I bet you are a trendy understanding granny!

Lucky you to be there to see more of the games! I have to tell you that, in the first moment I looked at the photo, I thought I was looking at "my Dylan"! This Grandma's a sucker for such sweet faces!

@happypat I can't believe how fast they're growing up, Pat. I know you feel the same about Max and Finn. Xx

@Weezilou I know your precious Dylan is growing up fast, Louise! I'm afraid to blink these days. Xx

@peggysirk I called Ken over and asked him to tell me if anything jumped out at him...and after a few moments, he said, No... Then I told him the story of our grand's matching ages, and I thought Will looked like Dylan. Ken said, "I didn't see anything unusual because I thought it WAS Dylan! ...and I didn't know he was playing soccer!"

@Weezilou And this story is one of the reasons I love 365 so much…and keep coming back. Xx
