forgotten. This area of the city used to be a hub for the Northsiders. Growing up I remember a pharmacy, furniture store, shoe store, 5 and dime, movie theater, hardware store, ladies fashion store and bar/tabacco shop. All gone now. most of the buildings are antique stores or are vacant. The one shop that has remained is the Sweet Shop. Homemade candies and Ice cream. My grand kids even like to come here.
