This line of trees, seemingly standing at attention, called out to be photographed today. As I was framing the photo, a flock of geese decided to fly through. Luckily, I caught them before they passed by. I think they are a welcome addition to this snowy and still landscape.
@pflaume - thx very much. I've been doing this for year and a half. So lots to see. Looks like you got off to a very nice start. It's really fun and you'll be amazed how fast your skills develop shooting everyday and seeing other pics and reading things.
Would have been a great shot without the geese, but the geese made it even greater. Love the comp with the narrow line of blue, and the white of the sky and snow.
