When I passed by this triangle shaped building, the sun was shining directly on one side, casting the other in shadow. I stood at the top of the triangle looking down the two sides to take this photo. I liked the contrast of light and dark and the split down the middle of this image. This is an interesting building to photograph; I will definitely return for more.
What a great shot, the contrast between the two sides is amazing
Not an easy shot to meter for but you've got it bang on - nice one:-)
A very interesting building.
Really neat photo. I keep looking and looking. The two contrasting sides along with the strong blues and the clever POV make this really interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Oh absolutely you must return.. I can already see the many great shots such as this one.. you have a very good eye, many would have walked right past.. Really good shot Lisa!
Wow! What a spectacular shot!! It almost looks like you joined two shots together because of the difference in the lighting, it does look like night and day. A fav for me!
@rvwalker Thank you, Ross. I hadn't thought about it before but you are right, the light reflection on the right side is critical here. I got very lucky with the exposure. I didn't know how to approach it and just shot hoping for the best. :)
