I was shooting down the bank of the river where the light was dancing on the water. I like the glowing leaves, sparkling bokeh, and the almost double exposure effect of the branches.
Wonderful. Absolutely love everything about it. Can you tell me how you get bokeh like that? I seem to get it accidentally sometimes but I don't know how to try to get it.

@shepherdmanswife Thank you so much! That happens to me, too. I am starting to recognize bokeh opportunities more and more though. I have a lot of luck with my telephoto lens, zooming in as close as I can to my subject. There has to be small light points in the background - for example, light coming through the canopy of a tree or in this case, sparkling on the water. You also have to have your aperture open wide. Here is a little video that I found that explains it better than I can. Thank you for your comment and fav! http://lifehacker.com/5978014/create-beautiful-bokeh-effects-with-these-three-camera-rules
@thirdjoe Joseph, Thank you so much for this amazing compliment. I can't tell you how much it means to me to have my photo received this way. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
This is just beautiful. It has all been said above, but I will add that it is a perfect composition that to be seen best needs to be viewed in an art gallery on a canvas about 20ft wide. FAV
