My Canvas on My Daughters Wall

I don't know if you remember, but I said in previous posting that my daughter and her boyfriend wanted one of my pictures hanging on her wall. A canvas monochrome landscape / seascape.

Some of you suggested I show the canvas on here.

My daughter wanted to show us some new blinds they had fitted, so we took a diversion on Ruby's walk to see the blinds.

This is my youngest daughter (and Ruby) sat on the sofa underneath the said canvas.

My wife is diverting Ruby's attention so that the she is not looking directly at the camera / flash ..to avoid 'blue eye'...yes pets get blue eye not 'red eye'

Things to note, Rubys 'dogs trust harness' and 'girly pink collar' and the lovely pink / purple plant that my eldest daughter and fiancée bought :)

Lovely, especially printed out as big as it is. Some people make the mistake of putting a small copy on a big wall and the beauty is lost on the vast expanse of wall. This size holds its own very well, even with a beautiful young lady, a graceful whippet and a lovely orchid vying for attention.

I love this 'interior' shot Phil! Your canvas looks stunning, your daughter looks so proud of it. A lovely idea. Nice to see Ruby, I did notice her pink collar! But, as Alison says, your picture draws the eye and is in the perfect place.

Your photo looks fantastic in pride of place there, you must be very proud your daughter thinks it's good enough to grace her walls!!! Ruby looks very at home there , she has lots of bling round her neck!!!!! Your daughter looks a very attractive girl Phil, she will make a gorgeous bridesmaid!!!
