A bit like 'the wheels on the bus'.......'the leaves on my car go soggy soggy soggy.....soggy soggy soggy'
I don't know if this is macro / abstract or just desperate !
When I went to my car on Monday evening after work it was covered in leaves. It was dusk, almost no light, but the water droplets, leaves and slightly blue light made for a quick shot.
I got some strange looks from the students of Warwick Uni' as I whipped my little panny TZ7 out to take some shots. Perhaps they thought I was going to make an 'insurance claim for leaf damage' against Tesco's car park owners (yes we have to park in Tesco at work because the office car park is managers only........it's an official agreement with Tesco, we don't get clamped for exceeding shopping time)
I quite like this too and amazingly I also know the song!! probably desperate but it works well phil!!...for goodness sake you are at work all day, its ok for us bods winging around you have to snap an opportunity when you see it.........and this is it!! hurrah!!soggy leaves we luv em!!
This is certainly not desperate Phil - its a really good shot and I like it!! Funny about odd looks at Tesco - I got odd looks when I took a shot of the chap with his tractor spraying our field - he took great care to keep well within his boundaries!
Interesting pools of water on your waxed car Phil & love the contrast of colour. All us granny's know the wheels on the bus of course & now it is running through my head!!
