Following the River Lene

I've discovered a bit more of the River Lene on my lunch time walk.

I turned towards Hucknall rather than the city and after walking through a little ginnel / twitchell / passage by Davids Lane Tram stop I discovered path that runs parallel to the little river / tram line / railway line

Not much of a shot, but one to fill a 365 day !

It's a great shot..that makes me want to keep looking at it. Nice lines color and interesting greenery around it. Walking is so much better then driving when looking for photo ops!! Nice one.

Ginnel for me........perfectly timed shot of the red tram Phil....the river looks as though it's quite wide here, I always had it in mind that it was more a small stream......it has blossomed!
