50 mono portraits at 50mm : No. 45 : Nottingham Pride 2

Another monochrome portrait from Nottingham Pride takes me into the mid 40's on my portrait series.

I probably have another one or possibly two monochrome transvestite pictures to post in the series as I edge my way towards the end of my project.

I used the same processing parameters in Rawtherapee as I did for my previous mono shot.

There is not too much tonal difference between the dark hair and the background, giving the image quite a darkroom style mono feel

@gamelee interesting indeed Lee, it was a good event to photo , you would have liked it. I doubt Bolton has a pride event, but Manchester does (although I think it has been and gone, saw something on Sky news a couple of weeks ago)
