Cats Charis at The Green Festival

This is Cats Charis playing in the bandstand at the Nottingham Green Festival last weekend

To quote their Facebook page they are a band who "have a unique blend of our own eclectic material; fusing honest poetic lyricism with heartfelt melodies."

I converted this to mono as I did a colour shot of an earlier singer at the festival in the same bandstand.

Beautiful shot. The singer has a lovely happy face but the base violinist looks somewhat grumpy.

So it seems the Steam Punks are in town ! She is almost smiling at his playing - perhaps he plucked the wrong note - hence his look of distaste !!
