Ioana in Mono

I've not uploaded anything this week.

It's been a busy week , I had an AGM at Arnold Camera Club, then I did my '100 strangers talk' at Lincoln Camera Club and then Arnold Camera Club's Christmas Social !

So here is a mono portrait of Ioana, who was stranger number 149 in my second round of 100 strangers.

As many of you know , I do like my mono photos, especially portraits, so I have done an alternate photo of Iona.

It is a different pose, shot from her left hand side rather than the original right hand side.

Ioana's beautiful eyes work well in mono and her blue hair converts to a nice mono shade too.

I like the colour one (love the hair!) but I think this b/w version draws more attention to Iona's face and therefore Ioana herself. She looks quite soulful.
