That's my trellis in the background, not the best of backdrops, but just about the area of best natural light in the garden for a grey December afternoon when the light was fading fast.
This was shot by Jane on my Canon 60D and nifty fifty lens, not a vintage lens in sight !!! Full shooting instructions beforehand ("make sure the red dot is on one of my eyes").
I tried to get Ruby to pop her ears up, in trademark Ruby style, but she wasn't having it. I'd woke her up from an afternoon snooze to take the photo. She is however giving quite a look to the camera, maybe a mix of elegant with attitude.
