Messing About On The River

This is the River Wye at Ashford in the Water, Derbyshire.

Our Walk into the Peak District countryside started and finished in this picture postcard village.

This is shot from the footbridge over the river. There is something quintessentially British about sitting on a river bank with a picnic while the children paddle in the river!
