Our first grandchild, Willow, came for Christmas Day with our daughter Claire and son in law Matt.
We had a lovely day, Willow had a fabulous Santa Outfit.
Eagle eyed among you might spot "The Wonky Donkey" book. I think it is the first book I've read in maybe 10 years. It is a great read, Willow liked it, she smiled as I interpreted the words and story !!!
I took some shots with my Sony Xperia 5 mobile phone. It has an excellent camera , with auto eye focus. In fact whether it be a DSLR, a bridge camera or a mobile phone, Sony makes great cameras.
Well isn’t she fantastic! A beautiful baby granddaughter Phil, what a super day you must have all had! Even more precious because of the times & restrictions put on us just now. You have had a bit of quality time & then back to the rules, it’s terrible for us all. I know what I would feel like in your shoes.

God bless her. She has grown quite a lot during these few weeks since she was born. Grandpa is taking good care of her - all grandpas do. She will remember this portrait shot taken by an adorable nannu (as we call grandpas) when she grows up.
