Admiring the View

I had an email from the Peak District tourist information office, telling me the Peak District was open for visitors.

I had a chat with the wife and we decided it would be safe to go for a day out walking.

So off we went from Nottingham to Ashford in the Water and did a hike in the White Peak area.

This is a pretty bridge over the River Wye, with a couple of people admiring the view.

We probably passed less people in the 5 hours we were walking than we would walking down the main shopping street in our area of Nottingham.
