Flags

My grandaughter Willow, loves flags, when I go to the park with her and Ruby, she has noticed that outside the council offices there are a set of flags flying. She points from her pram to tell me to walk to the area where they fly.

So being a good Papa, I take a detour to the flag flying area and we stand and admire the flags.

Today we had the flag of the borough , the LGBTQ+ rainbow flag and the Union Flag

I’m with Willow as I love flags flying too! You can completely understand why they are so fascinating for Willow…blowing about & so colourful. I miss our flag flying in the garden, it looked ok at the farm but think it a bit pretentious in our new place….wouldn’t want folk to say ‘who do they think they are! ‘
