‪The App I have on my ‘phone (Ginventory), says to serve with an elderflower tonic and, wait for it, cucumber.

It is good that you had the cucumber, or did you have to go to the store to get one. I don't usually have cucumbers unless I am planning a use for them. It looks refreshing.

@henrir We had the cucumber already (we eat a lot of salad (and I (this month) am drinking a lot of gin 😜😜))

@louannwarren Really works. Tasted delightful (as Carole reminded me, Cucumber can also be used with Pims, so maybe not as stfange as I first thought)
