Another visit to this wonderfully preserved old Tin Mine today, as it was only a few miles down the road from Perranporth, where my Grandparents lived and are buried and where I spent many summers as a child and teenager.

We were here in May and the difference is quite striking with the ground around the mine a burst of yellow and purple gorse

@shepherdmanswife Thank you. When Carole and I walked around the wall out of the car park we were immediately taken aback by the colour of the heather and gorse. I still need to PM you about the Kingfisher location
