This is the field of pink/purple poppies near the garden centre that we favour. I said a couple of weeks ago that they’d be stunning when more were in flower, and though my photograph doesn’t show it too well (camera, light) I can tell you that to the the Mark 1 issued eye ball, the fields are indeed stunning.
