Had hopes of joining Carole watching the Arrows this afternoon, but after I had joined a Skype call at 1100 to find the host not there and being told it had shifted to 1330 I couldn’t go up to Scampton with her.
I finished work at around 1600 and headed into the garden and rake up the ton of leaves in the border for the bin collection tomorrow. My plan was to photograph a Dahlia or something. After my exertions, which finished as the light began to fade, I just plonked my behind on the sofa trying to catch my breath to a volley of disapproval from Carole for doing too much whilst I’m still feeling the effects of this bl**dy virus. Sadly, I couldn’t disagree with her.
