Kedleston Hall by phil_sandford

Kedleston Hall

Home to the Curzon family, gifted land by William the Conqueror in 1066, sound land management and finding natural treasures on that land (a massive deposit of Alabaster for example that much of this house is decorated with), left the family (who still live in one of the wings) very very wealthy. This house, unusually with every single room decorated in the same white plaster, Teal silk coverings, Oak flooring and Teak doors, screams “I am wealthy” with every brick.

A rather magnificent place with tasteful decor. Some of the room just simply make you say “wow”!
