The old operating theatre

The Old Operating Theatre Museum is one of the most unusual museums in London. The operating theatre itself is the oldest in Europe and located in St Thomas’s Church, part of St Thomas’s Hospital. The hospital is really old, being described as ancient in the records of 1215. It was a mixed order of Augustinian monks and nuns, dedicated to Thomas Becket, and provided shelter and treatment for the poor, sick, and homeless
a super shot and such interesting information.

@quietpurplehaze @june No - I didn't go in. This was on the last meetup and I was playing truant, so I had to get back to the group. Maybe next time I'm in London I'll go in and have a look
