My Monday morning seaside stroll buddy and my Monday evening walking buddies are on their hols today. I was determined to still get a walk in. I headed to The Knoll a beautiful historic building I've not visited before ( currently used by the Armed Forces Day organisation) as the local camera club currently have an exhibition there.
