Chris bought me a Valentine's Day balloon. We stopped into a dollar store to pick up some supplies, and the check-out girl asked him if he'd like to buy a balloon as they had lots left to get rid of in short order. It is table-height and came with this pink weight and a curly white ribbon. It was the same dollar store where we got the balloons for our wedding decor :)
