This is Langdon Hall. We were in the area and I just thought it would look pretty on this wintry night so decided to photograph it!
Langdon Hall is a fancy hotel and restaurant. Its restaurant has been ranked within the Top 5 in Canada for at least a few years now.
I think I've mentioned before that there is quite a bit of filming done here in Cambridge, and I believe Langdon Hall has made its fair share of appearances. I know it's been seen on film in Murdoch Mysteries and The Handmaid's Tale. I don't know whether or not these ones have included Langdon Hall, but some other productions that film (or have been filmed) in Cambridge are The Queen's Gambit, Cold Creek Manor, Bitten, and The Hardy Boys. I think there have been some Hallmark movies here too. I'm sure other things as well, but those titles are the ones we hear about most!
