This evening we visited a park that runs alongside the place where our city's two rivers meet. Turns out, people meet there too, so it seemed like a good opportunity to try for some people photos. I was unsure how I felt about this shot (that flare along the bottom especially) but it was a strong favourite for Chris, and I did kind of like the way these two people were interacting, so this one won for Daily Photo.
I really like the sun flare, and the candidness of this shot.

I wanted to shortlist both of your entries - they are both excellent - but decided on the one in the food court although I find this one more artistic.
