While out and about tonight, we came across some ice sculptures in front of Kitchener's city hall. They're still there from the competition held at last week's Christkindl Market. I would think the voting must be over, but I can't find an announcement of who won! Anyway, there were five sculptures-- an anthropomorphic Christmas tree, Buzz Lightyear dressed as Santa Claus, a fireplace, a wreath encircling the faces of Santa and a reindeer, and this praying angel. I thought the angel and the fireplace were the most impressive ones.
