Middle son + photo prop = monochrome ETSOOI

It's been too long. The weather's been shocking and I've had some time to read fiction and paint walls. All that extra time I imagined I'd have to take photos has been sucked up by the mundanity of life unfortunately. Another failed interview and some more applications have also occurred but hopefully once I get my final result this will be a plus for my CV. I had the grocery shop to do this morning and then went and bought more paint. During a browse round the 99p shop I discovered these cool holographic shades and had to buy them. One failed attempt to get any decent shots of youngest son wearing them so luckily middle son obliged. I thought I'd try the new wide angle lens to see how it fares at portraits...not sure I'm happy with what it's done to his nose but he's happy with his beard :o)
Oh wicked cool effect. Love the skulls. Perfectly creepy!

@amandal Everyone who's seen it before I posted it here thought it was horrible! They're obviously not artistic ;o) ...or it's a poor shot! I'm losing it I think xx

So often what I find amazing and what my husband thinks are two different things. I typically go with my gut and what I like and it usually goes over well with the folks on here.

It's a funky shot - my son is already worried about a big nose - don't think he'd thank me for trying a wide angled lens on him!

The wide angle has changed his face but the spectacles are the main object of this photo- lots of fun!
