Picking up chestnuts

On this part of the globe it`s autumn. I went to a park to take some photo`s
and met this family picing up chestnuts. They told me she collect them for dinner. I remember I only play with them makin figure`s with matchessticks
I took +/- 50 pic . so be prepered , autumn pic. are comming

Here the chessnuts have long curved bendy spikes this year. I'm not sure that's normal and I remember short hard spikes wrong, it is another kind of chessnut or due to the weather.

We had a first night when the temperature was under a zero 2 degrees, so, flowers have gone now outside!
