At first, the picture is like some fine painting!
Secondly, did you found these mushrooms from a shop, market place or woods? We can start to find them in our forests after month or more depending rains and warmth of the weather. I have to go to Google now, I know only this Shiitakes :)

The last one mentioned the shiitakes we can buy here..the others I'm not too sure. I buy these really big ones potobellos and fry them like meat in a frying pan. mushrooms are so good.
