Terrific shot! Thanks for sharing these beautiful flowers. Are they poppies? Thanks for all your info for me too. I know windmills, tulips & dykes are the common attractions, but when you're from Australia that's the image we have :) And I wasn't disappointed!

@gilbertwood Yes. The yellow = Lepidium sativum ( Garden cress). The pink = Agristemma . The green = a dike

Just read your comment above - so that's a dike in the background. The water is on a slope also. Very strange
