Yummy. Somebody just told me earlier in the week that you can grow different coloured carrots and here is the proof. A beautiful picture.

Great shot of these really interesting looking carrots!!! We love to bake root vegetables, too, and last time I tried adding peeled sweet potatoes to the regular baking potatoes and onions and carrots. They made a nice addition!

As far as I know we do not get that variety as I have not seen the Black Carrot.
