The Nicolaïkerk or Nicholas Church in the Dutch town of Appingedam is a Romano Gothic hall church, the largest church in the Groninger Ommelanden ( Surroundings of the city with the same name) and as a national monument belonging to the top 100 of the Dutch UNESCO monuments.
The building in front is the old town hall. (I do a closer pic. tomorrow)
It`s history goes back to the 13 th century . But the appearance of to day are from +/- 1600 .
