The Royal Theatre Carré (Dutch: Koninklijk Theater Carré) is a Neo-Renaissance theatre in Amsterdam, located near the river Amstel. When the theatre was founded in 1887, it was originally meant as a permanent circus building. Currently, it is mainly used for musicals, cabaret performances and pop concerts and still sometimes a circus .
A BIG thank you for all you good great New Year wishes.
What a wonderful gift from your son. That is a long trip, 12 hours. Have you been to Amsterdam before? Love your photo and glad the two of you had a nice time. FAV
Amazing, Pyrrhula, I always look forward to seeing your shots and keeping contact with you but haven't seen any of your shots lately. Could be because of all the festivities of the season. This building is so beautiful. Glad you enjoyed your son's present but the trip must have been very tiring. Happy New Year to you and all your family.
