A kind of recycling

This bollard is a former ship`s cannon. (Made of cast iron) Now it has a more peacefull use.

We had so many of them around the perimeter of our harbours. Not because we ever had a navy but most of them were put there when Many British warships were stationed in Malta during and after WWII.
