Any kind of harvesting calls for times when the fields aren't so pretty, but it is all part of the cycle of life. Without the seed we can't have the beautiful flowers in the future. I like that show the fields in all their stages.

It's interesting to me that they are flattened this way. I would think it would be easier to harvest the seed heads when they are still standing.

I had a look at the daisy field, and the transition certainly tells a story! So they are going to save and package the seeds? (I'd love to have a bouquet of daisies in my living room!)
